Leading Edge Golf Weekly Roundup – 3/6
(Click here for the full, media-rich version of this newsletter on leadingedgegolf.ca)
It’s peak season over here at Leading Edge with a busy fitting schedule and all kinds of regrips and repairs filling up the shop. We hope you are all getting plenty of rounds in with this great weather. Remember our Trackman Indoor Optimized simulators are available for booking if your round gets rained out or if you’d rather practice in our air conditioned facility!
We won’t spend too much time on the PGA Tour result this week because it feels like we are on repeat. Get this, once again Scottie Scheffler took care of an elite field and won with ease. The women provided some more interest at the US Open where Maja Stark held on to win in very difficult conditions at Erin Hills. Maja had been struggling this year yet came up big in a big moment to take home the trophy. It’s a good reminder for all of us that past results on the golf course are not (always) indicative of future returns.
Have a great week!

Yes, Max Homa’s Chipotle burrito head covers are sweet. No, we don’t have any for sale. He didn’t have them on his clubs at the US Open qualifier this week and he mysteriously fired his caddy. Coincidence?
