Callaway X Forged – 3-PW – Project X (Steel)

Introducing the two latest Iron releases from Callaway: Apex MB and X Forged.  The Apex MB’s are beautiful muscleback irons forged from 1025 carbon steel with a bright chrome finish.  Callaway’s 20V grooves provide optimal and, just as importantly, consistent spin that a player can trust.  The topline is slightly narrower than the previous model with the CG location optimized.  Apex MB’s are available in 2 iron to PW, with a 51° wedge and the stock shaft is the Project X (Steel).

The X Forged irons use Callaway’s triple net forging process to provide excellent feel and performance.  A progressive CG design has been built in to optimize launch conditions for long, medium, and short irons and the 20V grooves provide exceptional control and reduce fliers from the rough.  X Forged irons are available in 3 iron to PW and the stock shaft is the Project X (Steel).

We are excited to fit these beautiful irons for our customers.  One interesting possibility is building a split set out of these two models, something that a certain left-handed Callaway staffer has been playing for a few months already.
